NEW BOOK FOR PARENTS AND KIDS TO CUDDLE UP WITH!
Written by Dalen Keys
Illustrated by Kim Sponaugle
Packing for a stay at grandma's, Chase and Mommy discover that his quilt is so much more than "Just a Quilt." This full-color children's book has the potential to become just as beloved as Good Night Moon.
REVIEW by Gena Suarez
Publisher of The Old Schoolhouse® Magazine, LLC:
Just A Quilt?, lovingly told by Dalen Keys and beautifully illustrated by one of my favorite designers, Kim Sponaugle, is one of the sweetest children’s books I’ve ever read. My daughter Julia read it aloud to me; how easy it was to be drawn into the words and pictures! A snapshot into a tender moment, the storybook reveals the bond between mother and son that cannot be broken. Goosebumps broke out as I looked at the “forehead to forehead” illustration – how special a moment. Keys and Sponaugle capture that bond well.
The story line revolves around a quilt’s true meaning to a little boy, a quilt his mommy made him. It’s not just an everyday blanket to him; it’s so much more. I love this story and I enjoyed the illustrations just as much. Buy the book; if they have an imagination, your kids will love it.

Why is everything we can't have so appealing? Because it doesn't look like what it is. Does Satan show himself as a little "whatever" in a red suit with horns and a pitchfork and a tail? No! If he did, you wouldn't go there, for you would see him for what he is. Remember, he knows your taste preferences, thus, presenting to you fatal attractions that can cause you to sell out yourself, your family, even your soul. Don't buy the lie.

A Novel
by Floss Craig
A Cinderella story set in ancient Persia rocks a young girls's world and turns her dreams upside down. Esther has plans of her own, including living in the far-away land of her ancestors, when she is snatched by the king's servants and forced to live in a harem. This fictional rendering, based on the Bible story of Esther, transports the reader into another time and place where cultural norms are vastly different from the 21st century.
